"News" and stuff

I really should be in the process of writing my ten paged paper about Don Quixote right now, but instead I have chosen to do this :) I've written about five pages so far, and the report is due Monday and it's really hard and complicated and blah, blah, blah.
Basically, football has been helping me procrastinate... This week was spirit week at my school and Tuesday was Touchdown Tuesday and everyone was supposed to wear their football jerseys and stuff and I borrowed a Manchester jersey from a friend of mine (because even though I'm obsessed with them, I don't own their jersey) and wore my Manchester scarf. It was really cool, except one of my friends wore and Arsenal jersey and I got really mad, I think a little overly mad, but hey they all know about my live for United and my hate for pretty much every other team. There were a couple of people with Barcelona jerseys and I really wanted to take a picture with them, but I think it would have been kind of awkward because I didn't know any of them. But it was really fun to be able to show my United pride to everyone at school, I think that if people didn't know before, now they kind of have to realize that I'm the crazy girl with the football obsession.
While I was procrastinating today I was reading some articles about stuff that Nani and Evra had said in recent interviews, and one of them made me really angry, while the other one made me really happy.
Patrice is just such a loyal player and he makes me smile when I see him. Knowing that he really cares about United makes me like him even more, so he is no my Berba-Fletcher-Giggsy list (which is the good list).
Nani, on the other hand, just pissed me off! I mean he obviously doesn't start all the time because he is not good enough. He really needs to raise his game, because everyone has this season since Ronaldo has gone. I don't understand what his problem is, the only way in which he can earn his spot in United is by playing well, not by complaining... He has earned a spot on my Owen-Rio-Tevez list, which is not a list you want to be on.

Anyway, I think that Sir Alex's punishment by the FA was a little over the top, but we all know he deserved it. He did make inappropriate comments about the referee's fitness, but I think that a four-match ban was a bit too much.

I should probably stop procrastinating soon and go finish my paper.
