It's been going pretty bad. OK, let me fix that, it's been awful! I really do need reminding why I love football, and why I care so much about it, when it pisses me off so fucking much! I think that maybe football is like religion, you just can't question your belief (oooh, look I can make analogies). Anyway, United just continue to anger me, and I just want to yell at them. But then I feel bad because they are my boys :)
Sir Alex needs to figure a way out of our defense crisis because we cannot keep playing with Fletcher as a right back. Without him our midfield looks depleted and lacks the creativity. Rooney also needs to get his game back because the last couple of games he has not shown up at all. If he wants to prove us his greatness he needs to start scoring a lot more goals. I still don't understand why Berbatov does not play the full 90 minutes. He seems to be pretty fit. I know that Sir Alex wants to avoid any more injuries, but we do need players in order to do well.
I don't even want to discuss our defense...
Valencia were not much better, but at least they didn't lose. The game was actually boring, and nothing interesting happened. Veeyah's genius didn't show up at all, Mata was OK, but I have to say that both teams played really defensive football.
Liverpool seem to be having a mental breakdown so I don't even want to talk about them.
I said in an earlier post that I was going to start watching the Bundesliga so I watched the replay of Bayern vs Berlin today. I was really impressed by the way that Bayern played. It was quality football and they are a really great team. I know that they had a really shaky start to the season and they seem to be back in track. They played so well and dominated the entire game, it was beautiful to watch. There seems to be so much discipline in German football, and I really like that. There was no arguing with the ref, no pointless falling to the ground, it was complete football and I loved it.
I actually feel really bad for Mark Hughes. Poor Sparky, I think he really tried to something with City, but City are shit, so he failed epicly...
My dad just came in to tell me that United didn't lose to Sunderland. I told him I know, they lost to Fulham. Then he said "Oh the same Fulham that drew 1-1 with CSKA Sofia. They couldn't beat CSKA, but they could beat United. How sad is that?" I then proceded to kick him out of my room.

We are going to the semis.
SUCK THAT SPURS
Berba is back and he is pretty
Everything is back to normal
We better kick some serious ass this weekend :)
And Valencia better play well tomorrow too, because that would make this a good week. So kick some ass my boys
And Silva is making me cry. I can't believe he will be out for a month. Fucking pricks that keep kicking him.

The Bad-ness Continues

So United did well, but everyone else fucked up. I hated it when stuff like this happens, I mean come on lads, can you at least try? I want to see some better results in December!
So I was pretty happy with Unite's win, although their defense was disgusting. They were lucky that they played Pompy and not some decent team. Wazza was great, though, which can be seen by the hat-trick. And Giggsy just makes me smile. I was really happy that all the old guys are back in the team. Neville was bitch-facing all over the pitch, Scholsey was all gingery, and Giggsy, well he was just being Giggsy. Thomas Kuahjkfhsdkjfhk, whatever his last name is, was awesome at goal, I think he will inherit Van Der Saar's spot.
Valencia, on the other hand made RAWR. They played so well, and they were leading 1-0... They should have won the game! I can't believe they let whatever other team they were playing score! And poor Silva had to be subbed because of injury, but Veeyah was great. I still can't get over his karate kick goal.
Chelsea also won, so they are still five points ahead of us... At least Arsenal are now like fourth or something. Chelsea need to start loosing. NOW.
Oh, Liverpool won, so I guess good for them...
All the build up around the Classico was for nothing. The game was pretty boring, and both Barca and Real really sucked. I didn't think the football was of such great quality and both teams were so disorganized, although I have to give it to the Barca defense, they were pretty great. I think that I have finally decided if I like Barca or Real more. I think the only reason I watch Barca is because they play great football, I actually don't like them at all. But I do like Real. OK, let me correct that, I like Kaka. I think he is the only reason I watch Real. Him and Ronaldo, because I want to see how he does after he left Man United.
Oh, and he is pretty to look at.

Bad, bad

Football needs to fix itself soon, because I don't like it when it's bad.
Seriously, Man United, losing to Besiktas at home? At home? If you can't beat Besiktas what am I to expect from you? I know that they weren't playing with their best team, but come on!If they don't win this weekend there will be some madness going on on this blog.
Also poor Liverpool are killing me... If Valencia make it through to the group stages and have to play Liverpool that will be very interesting. Two of my favorite players against one of my favorite teams... I think I'll go with Vale and Torres and Gerrard can console each other. It's been a pretty uninteresting several weeks in football, the games have not been as exciting, but I'm pumped for the World Cup!!! I think it's less than 200 days now!!!
The reasons we lost:

Gibson was singing

Macheda hung about and bitchfaced/ looked pretty

Anderson was scared of the ball

In tennis news... FEDERER!!! So, I really did think that he was starting to lose some of his edge after the U.S. Open, but he's been beating good players left and right, I'm so happy that he is playing well and I hope he wins the ATP tournament.

Bad Week(s)

The last couple of weeks have been pretty disastrous when it comes to football.
To start with Manchester. First, they lose to a horrible playing Liverpool, then they pull of only a 2-0 win over some random team, and then they lose to Chelsea when they should have won. I rarely say this, because I am extremely critical of United and I hate having to defend them when they lose. But they should have won the Chelsea game. They played extremely well. Defense was there, midfield was there, everything was there. It was as though Ronaldo never left, and Vidic and Rio are not injured. But we let the game get away from us, and there is nothing we can do about it, as we sit at third place right now. The Champions League match on Wednesday was also horrific, although it was a good game to watch. We qualified, so I guess I shouldn't complain much...

Liverpool is next, and oh, boy are they in trouble... They've won only one in their last seven games, and they lost to Fulham, and they drew with Lyon. It's going pretty bad for them. I guess I'm lucky that I'm not a Liverpool fan, I just think they are cool :)

Valencia. They've been doing pretty well in La Liga, but pretty dreadful in the UEFA League. They better pick it up, or they won't qualify.

The Bulgarian teams. I think they have the fewest number of points in any of the groups so far, so it's pretty sad. And I was hoping that they could pull off a miracle or something this year, but then again I hope every year.

I'm working on a project for school and I have to log in to this thing and the password is miamidade, and I typed Manchester instead, this is how bad my obsession is...

RAWR

Sir Alex can't buy the Daveeds.
Sir Alex will not buy the Daveeds.
Valencia will not sell the Daveeds, that will be like committing suicide.
Newspapers are stupid and just piss me off.

A Typical Fan and Some Ramble

Yesterday one of the guys at my school referred to me as "the typical football fan, who knows nothing about the sport." The comment really upset me because football is the one thing that I really love, and I like to think that I'm more than just a common fan who thinks that Cristiano Ronaldo is pretty. I asked him why he thought I was a typical fan, and he told me it's because I like the big clubs and the good national teams that almost everyone supports.
Both things are true, the two of the three clubs that I really like, Manchester United and Liverpool are one of the most popular football clubs on this planet. However, I don't think that the reason I started liking them has anything to do with their popularity. I started liking Manchester United because of Berbatov and because on that faithful Champions League match day last year the game which ESPN decided to show was United, and I started following all their games. I started supporting Liverpool because of Torres and because I think he is one of the best, if not the best, strikers in the world and he is a joy to watch. I don't follow any of these teams just because they are good and I expect them to win, but because I actually like the teams.
Then he started talking about how I support NT which I have no reason to support, like Spain, Brazil, England and Germany. I support these teams because some of my favorite players play for them and I would love to see them win the greatest trophy in football. I don't have to be Spanish to like their team, if I only had to support Bulgaria in the World Cup, well then I should just not watch it at all.
Then, of course, there are the players. Apparently I like all the regular players, like Messi, Torres, Kaka and Rooney and no one original. I don't really understand what's wrong with liking players which are currently the best in the world. Everyone knows about them, and some people might even think they are overrated, but they are still good and no one ca deny that. I enjoy watching players and teams which play good football, I guess that's typical of any football fan.

Anyway, on a completely different note, the Devils are back on top again. I'm not celebrating yet, because it's too early and they haven't been playing as well as they should be and Rooney is still injured. However, Berbatov is a genius. I don't understand people continue to criticize him, when that man leaves everything on the pitch, he is just so good. If I can't celebrate United's win, I can definitely celebrate Chelsea's loss. I am completely loving Aston Villa right now. They are playing great football and they are doing really well, but they better not try to pull an upset on my Mans. Liverpool were horrendous. I think that's all that I can say, but I guess there was lots of luck that contributed to their loss, but they are definitely lost without Gerrard and Torres.
Real Madrid did not perform as well as they should have against Valladolid as I thought they would. Their defense was really sloppy and Casillas made several mistakes that could have ended up very badly. But even though they can't defend they definitely know how to score. But Kaka refused to show us some abs at the end when he took off his shirt and revealed this:
Real Madrid's Kaka of Brazil reacts at the end of a Spanish La Liga soccer match after coming on as a late substitute against Valladolid at the Santiago Bernabeu stadium in Madrid, Saturday Oct. 17, 2009. Real Madrid won the match 4-2.
I was actually disappointed with Valencia. When I first hear that they were going to play Barca this week I though that they had no chance, but then when I saw Barca actually play Valencia should have definitely won the match. But I don't think that they know how to score without Daveed Veeya. Messi wasn't really there although he did walk around the pitch or something like that. They should have scored and brought Barca off of their high horse. Rawr, I'm upset they didn't win, I even threw a pencil while watching the game, and I'm usually not violent during games, I just curse. This little team has definitely grown on me :)
Oh, and I can't forget to mention Inter completely demolishing Genoa 5-0 and Stankovich's amazing midifield volley goal.

Ze Champions and ze losers

I had to watch United's game against Wolfsburg on replay, which was horrifying. I made it through the first half without looking at the score, but after Wolfsburg scored I couldn't contain myself and I looked. And I was happy. And appropriate celebrations followed. The Berba was awesome in the game, he was worth every penny. Our dearest Owen seems to be out with an injury. Haha! I mean... Get well soon :D Ryan Giggs was... well... he was Ryan Giggs.
Are you injured Michael? Huh? I thought you don't get injured any more?

Liverpool have been having an upside down season so far, although it has had more ups than downs. But I was seriously upset during the Fiorentina game. I don't think I was as upset as Fernando Torres was, but he looked angry and pretty :) I really need to stop caring about him, he's going to make me a Pool fan, and I'd rather walk alone.

Torres is enjoying that a bit more than he should be.

And then he lay arounf the pitch a little. No wonder they lost the game...

Barcelona did some Messi magic and cruised passed some team that I can't remember, but I do remember that the players refused to take off their shirts, I had some hope when Casillas did, but then I found out he was wearing some kind of a tank top, so I was disappointed. Oh and Shevchenko was playing with the other team whose name I can't remember. What is he doing there?

Players seem to be laying on the pitch a little too much. Shouldn't they be chasing a ball?

All the Bulgarian teams lost, but it's not like I expected anything else, but Valencia made me extremely happy! They finally won a game, and they proved me that they can't score without Veella. They were up 2-1 at one point and then the other team equalized, and then Daveed V. had to come in and save the day with some bitchfacing and thumb sucking, while Daveed Silva's hair flew all over the place.

*hugs*

*strokes hair*

Chelsea also didn't play well, but still won. I was happy. I celebrated. Not because they won, but because they sucked. If Liverpool beat them on Sunday that means my Mans will on top of the leader board! YES!

Aww, men love :)

A Short One

I've always like Valencia, but now that I have actually started following their games bad things have started to happen. I've watched their last two games and they couldn't win either one. I was actually upset. But Villa scored in both games, which was good, it also shows that the team needs someone else who can also score goals, because Villa can't score 3-4 goals per game. Or maybe he can, but just doesn't feel like doing it yet.

Villa was having more fun kicking the goal post rather than kicking the ball.

Also, the Reds are through to the second round of Carling Cup.

This guy pretended he was an airplane.

While this guy scored some goals.

It Has Begun

The most important competition after the World Cup and the Euro Cup- UEFA. The season started a while ago, but now that the important team are up and running everything is much more interesting.
All the English teams struggled in their first matches:

Manchester United won their match against Besiktas 1-0 with a header from Scholes. Rooney was isolated at the front as United unsuccessfully played their 5-4-1 formation, and they lacked their usual flair.

There is also speculations that United will offer Daveed Silva 30 million for a move to the Reds. I love Valencia and although I would hate to see the two Daveeds separated I would to see one of them at United.

Arsenal almost lost as the unknown team they were playing against took the lead 2-0. The gunners who have been feeling the loss of Arshavin who will be out for a while due to an injury were able to come back and win the game 3-2.

Torres was promoting his new book while his team struggled to win 1-0 against the Hungarians, Debreceni. I guess he was too busy thinking about his book during the game, rather than thinking about how to score goals.

Messi fought over an invisible ball with an Inter player. The boring game ended in a 0-0 draw. I mean there wasn't even a fight between the Ibra and Eto'o!

Of course I have to mention the Bulgarians, Levski Sofia, who lost 1-0 after a dreadful performance against Villareal

The other Bulgarians, CSKA Sofia, showed some excellent levitation abilities during the match against Everton which ended 1-1.

Real Madrid was the only team that played at their level, winning their match against Zurich 5-2. This guy ^ scored twice.

He was jealous that Kaka looked prettier than him. Ahh... Kakanaldo

P.S. You know when they show slow motion replays of something that happened during the game? Well next time they are doing that watch the players' thighs, OMG they jiggle.
